Corporate Training Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. A successful candidate will coordinate the development and implementation of training programs for employees and volunteers across the organization.

The purpose of this role is to aid the professional development of new and existing employees and prepare them for delivering the highest quality service.

You will be responsible for the oversight, management, direction and facilitation of housing and programmatic services provided to homeless and low-income individuals and families.

The Program Director is responsible for collecting anaylzing, and presenting statistics on the success of programs to the governing board. The Program Director will promote a team-based environment of support, collaboration and encouragement where staff contributions are valued. The director is expected to model professionalism, positivity and be a champion of our mission.
